1. Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of purchase if unused, in original condition, and with the original packaging.
• Due to hygiene concerns, opened or used items are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged items only. Contact us to initiate an exchange request.
